The Sri Lankan brethren extend a warm invitation to their brothers and sisters worldwide to attend the Feast of Tabernacles 2019 in Sri Lanka. The island country is in the Northern Indian Ocean.  The Feast will be held at the Royal Palms Beach Hotel on the Southwestern coastline of Sri Lanka, known as the pearl of the Indian Ocean. The beautiful beach resort is just 40 km from Colombo which is about a 1 ½ hour drive and 83km  from the Colombo International Airport (about 2 hours drive).  Local brethren will assist in coordinating transportation options from the airport or from the city of Colombo to the Feast site at request.  (Transportation costs are uncertain at this point of time but an estimate would be in the range +/- SLR 6,300 or $35 USD for a car or for an eight seater van SLR 10,000 or $55 USD.) 

A visit to Sri Lanka will be a life-changing experience.

All brethren will be staying at the Royal Palms. The hotel 'Banquet Hall' will also be the site for church services each day.  Services will be in English.

Feast attendees have the unique and enjoyable opportunity to dine together at the hotel which provides 3 buffet meals each day, featuring local Sri Lankan dishes as well as excellent international cuisine. The main restaurant offers beach views from their open terrace. Guests are entitled to all three buffet meals included in the room costs. There is also a poolside 24-hour coffee shop and tea/coffee set up in the rooms.

Rooms are set in tropical landscapes and have private balconies. Air conditioned rooms are furnished with carved wood fittings and warm colors. Guests can exercise at the gym (free of charge) or play a leisurely game of billiards (chargeable). 

Family day in Sri Lanka is a traditional afternoon favorite in which feast goers experience a special day full of games, surprises and fun.  Cricket, which the whole family and every international visitor is given a chance to play, is great fun. Lastly — the Feast Variety Show is sure to be a highlight as there is much talent amongst the Sri Lankan brethren.

Feast Registration:

To register, click the Register button below (or go to: http://ucg-srilanka.org/feast/registration/).  A $45 (USD) registration fee (per family) is required and will be applied to the Feast hotel & conference expenses.

Hotel Reservations:

Once you have registered, you will be emailed feast information and updates. You will then be requested to send your international flight details.  Upon receipt of flight information your hotel reservation for the dates of your stay will be confirmed.

*Three buffet meals each day are included in room rates for all room occupants (single, double or triple)

Rooms will be held until July 15th at the Royal Palms Beach Hotel.  The Royal Palms can not guarantee a room at their hotel after that date.  (Lodging may be available at the Tangerine Hotel next door after the July 15th date.)

Hotel accommodations will be made for you after you register online. If you choose to make your own reservations, you will pay higher standard hotel rates.
